Heritage Pointe Subdivision – Drip Irrigation System

Provide detailed design for four or six bedroom residence. Prepare application, specifications, drawings, O&M manual calculations and permit fee.

Hampton Springs – Resort / Subdivision Development

Cashiers, N.C.

Project involved the design and permitting of a subdivision that includes single family lots, town homes, bungalows, and community area with a resort, hotel, and shops. Design work included roads, water treatment and distribution system, wastewater collection and treatment system, grading, erosion & sedimentation control, and site work. All USACE permits were obtained and bridges installed to cross wetlands and streams.

Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Camp – Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade

Rockingham County , NC

Replaced failed sand filter with 20 E-Z Treat Pods to treat the camps wastewater prior to discharge to Carroll Creek. Existing septic tank was cleaned and effluent filters were added to keep it in service as well as the ultraviolet disinfection unit and discharge pump. The existing sand filter was disinfected and removed. With the installation of the E-Z Treat System the HPDES permit was expanded to 13,100 gallons per day.

Camp Dixie – Wastewater System Upgrade

Bladen County , NC

Replaced existing wastewater system to service the Camp’s dining hall expansion. New system consists of a septic tank, pump tank, and pressure manifold disposal with conventional subsurface trenches. The wastewater is pumped approximately one mile to the disposal fields. The new system will dispose of 7,500 gallons per day of wastewater, which allows the camp to feed 500 campers per day.
